“I started working with her on my weight loss in April 2022. By the end of October I had lost 80 lbs. She started me on workouts while sitting in a chair holding light weighted dumbbells. About July, I was holding heavier weights and also introduced an elastic band around my ankles. By this time I was doing some of my workout while standing and holding onto the back of the chair. All of these workouts were on my tablet using ZOOM. It was way more fun working out with her over ZOOM than going to a gym.”
