His background spans performance training, rehabilitation, sports nutrition, and joint health. Over the years, he has worked with professional athletes, sports teams, and individuals recovering from injuries. His training specialties include TRX, calisthenics, Kinstretch, kettlebells, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and heart rate zone conditioning.
Kris believes in customized fitness plans—not cookie-cutter routines—because every individual’s body, goals, and lifestyle are different. His mission is to help each person reach their goals in the safest, most effective, and most enjoyable way possible—while learning more about their body along the way.
