I am a physician, board-certified in both emergency and obesity medicine, as well as a certified coach. My approach is shaped by my own experiences—after years of losing and regaining the same 20 pounds, I discovered how powerful the mind is in shaping habits. Through my training in brain-based coaching and Internal Family Systems therapy, I learned the importance of a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to breaking unhealthy patterns. I help clients reach their goals, whether that means overcoming perfectionism, self-criticism, procrastination, unhealthy consumption habits, or simply finding more peace in their daily lives.
